At this stage, you will be added to our job board, indicating that your installation date is pending. We will inform you of our approximate scheduling timeline, as we cannot provide specific dates due to the nature of our operations. Various factors can impact our schedule, and one of the key components is inclement weather, which often affects our daily operations. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these challenges to deliver the best service possible.
We provided you with catalogs to assist you in selecting colors; however, we strongly recommend visiting a local supply store to experience the products firsthand. Please keep in mind that the catalogs may contain filters and edits, which can cause the materials to appear differently in person than they do in the magazine. Additionally, if needed, they can provide an estimate for your paver installation to help you make an informed decision.
As we approach the start date for your project, we will reach out to you 1-2 days in advance to confirm the details. At this time, we will send you the contract via email. Once we have gathered all your material selections, we will proceed to place the order with our supplier. They will deliver the order directly to your home. Please note that depending on the size of the order, it may arrive in multiple shipments. In some cases, we may also need to pick up materials ourselves. It's crucial at this stage to inform us where you would like the pallets, pavers, or fire pit to be placed. Common delivery locations include the top of the driveway or along the curb in the street.
On the day we begin your project, our team will arrive and discuss the details with you. If you are unable to be present and there are any uncertainties, we will make sure to maintain constant communication with you. This will help ensure that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the process. The only requirements we have are access to water and electricity, specifically a hose spigot and power outlets.
With all the equipment and machinery now on-site and our team prepared to begin the job, a deposit will be collected. One of our managers will come to you to collect the deposit, which will be the amount specified in the contract. They will also sign off on your behalf to confirm that the deposit has been received. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and checks. Please note that additional fees may apply if necessary.
During the course of the job, one of our managers will regularly check in with the crew to ensure that everything is proceeding smoothly. Each crew is assigned a crew leader, or foreman, who is responsible for overseeing the team. For any questions or concerns you may have, it's best to direct your communication through management or the office. This way, we can ensure that your inquiries are conveyed to the appropriate individuals promptly.
It is crucial that you feel free to ask any questions during your project installation. The installation process is the ideal time to address any concerns, as it allows us to make adjustments easily if needed. Once the job is complete and your property has been cleaned up, we like to conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations.
